A small gecko, verdant foliage, a fragment of a Rita Angus-like landscape and an industrial building (of the kind that houses the milk processing plants to be found throughout the country) provide a backdrop to an angel probably inspired by Piero Della Francesca’s ‘Madonna and Child Attended by Angels’ painted in 1460.
